<description>Grocy is a pantry tracker that writes your shopping list. Hosted Grocy opens on any phone, signed in with your ElfHosted login. Run Grocy with ElfHosted, and the list is there when you're standing in the supermarket: we keep it running and updated, and it has a secure address of its own, so it opens on any phone, signed in with your ElfHosted login, with no Grocy password to set up or forget. It sits on your dashboard beside your other ElfHosted apps, like a recipe book with a meal planner or the family chore chart. It's backed up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. If something goes wrong, Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, checks your actual apps, tells you what's wrong, and asks before fixing it. Some things need a person: the ElfHosted team answers on Discord around the clock, in a carefully moderated, family-friendly server. It's one place for support for every app you run with us, handled by professionals, instead of a GitHub issue, docs that may be out of date, or yet another Discord per project. Unlike a generic chatbot, which guesses and overcomplicates, Sam is tuned on these apps and the way we run them: he safely reads your actual logs and proposes a fix, and nothing changes until you approve it. What is Grocy? An open-source pantry tracker from the Grocy project, which calls it "ERP beyond your fridge": a stock system for groceries and whatever else you buy more than once. It knows what's in the cupboard, where it lives and when it expires. Give each product a minimum and whatever runs low lands on the shopping list in one click, so it works as a shopping list app too, with camera barcode scanning in your phone's browser. Hosted Grocy is part of the ElfHosted Flex collection: a Flex plan runs several apps from the collection at once, and you swap which ones whenever you like. Every Flex plan starts with a 7-day trial. Grocy is open source; ElfHosted is not affiliated with the Grocy project. You can support Grocy through the donation link below.
