Every ElfHosted account has an Apps page in My Account, right after Orders. Some plans include extra apps that start switched off; this is where you switch them on. An ElfHosted Flex plan runs a set number of apps at once from the Flex collection, and you choose which. To swap one, open My Account on the ElfHosted store, then Apps (it sits right after Orders). Your Flex section shows how many apps are running out of how many your plan includes. Untick the apps you're not using, tick the ones you want, and click Save changes: the whole page saves in one go. Switching an app off stops it running, none of its data is deleted, and your bill doesn't change, so you can switch it back on any time. If a save would run more apps than your Flex plan includes, nothing is changed: switch something off first, or move to a bigger plan. After saving, an email titled "Your ElfHosted apps have changed" lists what was switched on and off, and new apps start in a few minutes.
