To change your subscription, open My Account on the ElfHosted store, then Subscriptions, and click the subscription you want to change. Next to the product, click "Change subscription": it takes you to the products you can switch to. Pick the product you want. If it offers billing terms, click "Choose billing term", and your current term is already picked for you. Add it to your cart and check out: it's prorated, so you pay or get credit for the difference. You can upgrade your plan from a trial the same way. Your setup is kept. Apps that aren't part of the new product go away, and the new ones are set up for you. If your new apps aren't there after twenty minutes, bring your order number to #elf-help on the ElfHosted Discord. An ElfHosted change subscription always starts from My Account, then Subscriptions. Real people are there around the clock, in a family-friendly, carefully moderated server.
