What is Plexio? Your Plex libraries inside Stremio

Plexio is a Stremio addon that shows your own Plex libraries as Stremio catalogs. Hosted on ElfHosted, your Plex token stays on the server. With hosted Plexio on ElfHosted, you sign in to Plex on your own private instance, so your Plex token stays on the server and never travels inside the install link. Each install link carries its own revocable token: if one ends up somewhere it shouldn't, revoke it from the configure page, which sits behind your ElfHosted login. Your instance runs on its own resources, with its own Plex API quota and stats for your instance alone, and we look after the certificates and the updates. It's backed up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. What is Plexio? A Stremio addon, from the Plexio project, that shows the movie and series libraries on your own Plex Media Server as catalogs in Stremio, so you can browse and play them from the Stremio app. Plex sign-in uses OAuth, so you never share your Plex password with the addon. Plexio doesn't provide any media: playback happens between the Stremio app and your own Plex server, and you still need Plex and your own Plex Media Server. Want to try it first? ElfHosted also runs a shared public instance at plexio.elfhosted.com. Start a private instance with a 7-day trial. If something goes wrong, Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, checks your actual apps, tells you what's wrong, and asks before fixing it. Unlike a generic chatbot, which guesses and overcomplicates, Sam is tuned on these apps and the way we run them: he safely reads your actual logs and proposes a fix, and nothing changes until you approve it. If you'd rather ask a person, our team is on Discord around the clock, in a family-friendly, carefully moderated server. It's one place for support for every app you run with us, handled by professionals, instead of a GitHub issue, docs that may be out of date, or yet another Discord per project. ElfHosted hosts applications; we don't provide content. ElfHosted runs a maintained fork of Plexio, an open-source project by vanchaxy; ElfHosted is not affiliated with the Plexio project, Plex or Stremio.
