<description>Readeck is a read later app that keeps a clean copy of every page you save. Hosted on ElfHosted, your library is private and reachable anywhere. Run Readeck with ElfHosted, and your reading list is reachable from anywhere: the browser button saves on your laptop, and the phone app reads it on the bus. Your library sits behind your ElfHosted login, so nobody wanders in; share one article and only that link opens. We run it for you, keep it updated and look after your archive. Readeck itself is the work of the Readeck project. What is Readeck? An open-source read later app and bookmark archive. It keeps a clean copy of every page you save, words and pictures, so the article is still yours if the site disappears. Highlight the good bits, label and collect, search every word you've ever saved, and send long reads to your ebook reader as EPUB or through its OPDS catalogue. Everyone in the family can have their own collection, with Linkding beside it on your dashboard for the quick links. Hosted Readeck is new to ElfHosted and in Early Access. It's part of the ElfHosted Flex collection: a Flex plan runs several apps from the collection at once, and you swap which ones whenever you like. Every Flex plan starts with a 7-day trial. It's backed up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. If something's not right, Sam checks your apps, tells you what's wrong, and asks before fixing it. Readeck is open source; ElfHosted is not affiliated with the Readeck project. There's a person for that too: when Sam can't help, our team is on Discord at any hour, in a family-friendly, carefully moderated server. It's one place for support for every app you run with us, handled by professionals, instead of a GitHub issue, docs that may be out of date, or yet another Discord per project. Unlike a generic chatbot, which guesses and overcomplicates, Sam is tuned on these apps and the way we run them: he safely reads your actual logs and proposes a fix, and nothing changes until you approve it.
