What is Rex? Your debrid library in the Plex apps

Rex on ElfHosted shows your debrid library to the Plex apps as a normal server, with Zurg included. Keep the apps your family knows. Rex is a Plex-compatible server that owns no files: every Plex app sees it as a normal server, with Movies and TV Shows libraries, posters and Continue Watching, while the files stay with your debrid provider. Zurg reads your own provider accounts and tells Rex what's there. On ElfHosted, Rex and Zurg come as one bundle, connected for you: add your provider accounts in Zurg's dashboard, ask Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, to claim Rex with a code from Plex, and your library fills in as Zurg checks each file. Rex gets its own secure address, so the Plex apps on your telly, phone and computer find it from anywhere, with no port forwarding, certificates or router settings at home. It plays the original file just as it is, with no conversion, so pick Original quality and use the Plex apps for TVs, phones and desktops, which play far more files than a web browser. ElfHosted hosts applications; you bring your own accounts, and we don't provide content. Rex comes with a 7-day trial. We keep it updated and back it up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. If something goes wrong, Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, checks your actual apps and asks before it fixes a thing, and the ElfHosted team is on Discord around the clock, in a family-friendly, carefully moderated server. Rex and Zurg are made by the developer of Debrid Media Manager, and we run Rex with their permission. Rex isn't made by Plex, and ElfHosted is not affiliated with Plex or with Rex's developer.
