What is Blinko? A quick notes app that finds your thoughts again

Blinko is a note taking app for quick notes: type a thought and it lands as a card. Hosted on ElfHosted, private behind your own login. Run Blinko with ElfHosted: it sits behind your ElfHosted login with nothing open to the wider internet, so your notes stay private, and it's there in your phone's browser, added to your home screen, the second a thought arrives. We run Blinko and its database for you, keep it updated, and back up your notes every day. Blinko itself is the work of the Blinko project. What is Blinko? A note taking app built for quick notes. Type the thought and it lands as a Markdown card on your timeline, with tags and attachments, and nothing to file or name. A daily review brings older cards back, and if you connect an AI provider of your own, you can ask your notes a question in plain words. Claim it first: the first account you create runs it, and sign-ups close behind it. That account is separate from your ElfHosted login. Hosted Blinko is part of the ElfHosted Flex collection: a Flex plan runs several apps from the collection at once, and you swap which ones whenever you like. Every Flex plan starts with a 7-day trial. It's backed up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. Stuck? Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, checks your actual apps, tells you what's wrong, and asks you before fixing it. When Sam can't help, our team is on Discord around the clock, in a family-friendly, carefully moderated server. Blinko is open source; ElfHosted is not affiliated with the Blinko project. You can support the project through the links below. It's one place for support for every app you run with us, handled by professionals, instead of a GitHub issue, docs that may be out of date, or yet another Discord per project. Unlike a generic chatbot, which guesses and overcomplicates, Sam is tuned on these apps and the way we run them: he safely reads your actual logs and proposes a fix, and nothing changes until you approve it.
