What is Trip Planner? A group trip planner with a shared map

Trip Planner is a group trip planner: a shared map and a plan for each day, edited live. Hosted on ElfHosted, the plan is there when you land. With hosted Trip Planner on ElfHosted, the plan is there when you land: we run it for you and keep it updated, at your own address behind your ElfHosted login. It installs on your phone's home screen and keeps working offline when the signal drops. Send a read-only share link to anyone following along, with no login needed, or subscribe to the trip from your calendar so flight times and bookings show up where you already look. It's backed up daily, and you can restore it yourself whenever you need to. If something goes wrong, Sam, ElfHosted's AI helper, checks your actual apps, tells you what's wrong, and asks before fixing it. Unlike a generic chatbot, which guesses and overcomplicates, Sam is tuned on these apps and the way we run them: he safely reads your actual logs and proposes a fix, and nothing changes until you approve it. What is Trip Planner? A collaborative travel itinerary app, powered by the open-source TREK project; ElfHosted runs the unmodified upstream TREK release. Every trip gets a map and a day-by-day plan, and everyone on the trip edits the same plan, live, so it works as a group trip planner. Add costs in whatever currency the receipt says and it works out who owes whom, with a shared packing list, a place for bookings and tickets, and a journal to fill in as you go. It's new to ElfHosted and in early access. Trip Planner is part of the ElfHosted Flex collection: a Flex plan runs several apps from the collection at once, and you swap which ones whenever you like. Every Flex plan starts with a 7-day trial. TREK is open source; ElfHosted is not affiliated with or endorsed by the TREK project. You can support TREK's developer through the link below. If you'd rather talk to a person, the ElfHosted team is on Discord around the clock, in a carefully moderated, family-friendly server. It's one place for support for every app you run with us, handled by professionals, instead of a GitHub issue, docs that may be out of date, or yet another Discord per project.
